Our interactive online courses offer step-by-step, easy-to-understand guides to ISO products and services. From quick tips to in-depth tutorials, this searchable library helps users get the most out of ISO’s products and services, learn new skills, and help new employees get up to speed.
Most courses are between 5 and 15 minutes in length, allowing users to fit education into a busy schedule. Courses are modular and can be consumed in full or by specific course topics.
Manager, ISO Education
Gianna is responsible for the day to day operations of ISO Education. She also leads our General Liability, Commercial Property and Personal Property curriculum. Gianna holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton.
Senior Instructional Designer
Rachel leads the development of our Commercial and Personal Auto education as well as our ISOnet and Mozart training. In this role she has worked closely with our product subject matter experts to develop in-depth and comprehensive courses on complicated subject matter. Rachel graduated from Syracuse University with a Master of Science, Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation.
Instructional Designer
Heidy joined the ISO Education team in 2022 after transitioning to Instructional Design from K-12 education. She currently leads our efforts to expand our course offerings by converting existing PAAS content into interactive and engaging eLearning modules. Heidy holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University – Commerce.
LMS Administrator
Kristin joined the ISO team in 2022, bringing more than 14 years of experience in Learning Management Systems. She is responsible for the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of our LMS, ISO Education. Kristin holds a Master of Science degree in Network Technology, with a concentration in Web Technologies, from East Carolina University.
